Who I Work With?

I work with adults and adolescents who are striving for change—those who feel ready for something to shift in their lives. Whether you're seeking a subtle adjustment or a major transformation, therapy can be the space to explore, heal, and grow.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. You're not alone.

I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including, but not limited to:

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Stress and burnout

  • Low self-esteem

  • Grief and loss

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Relationship challenges

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Religious deconstruction or leaving a faith community

Together, we’ll work at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change.

How I Work?

I believe in providing individualized care, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to best support you. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Humanistic approaches, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring my methods to fit your unique needs.

Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be influencing your current challenges, while also developing practical tools to navigate life’s present-day stressors. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach—each client deserves a plan that’s specifically suited to them.

You can expect a safe, warm environment where your experience is honored with empathy and respect. I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to uncover the tools, strengths, and answers already within you.
